*** Max. 7 students from one institute. Student must bring their valid ID card of their institution during the conference.

TERM & CONDITIONS

All Check/DD should be in favor of "USID Foundation".
Outstation check should add Rs.70/- in the registration fees.
Individual cheques/DD will be accepted even for group registration
DD should be payable at Hyderabad.
No taxes should be deducted from the Registration Fee by the individuals/companies.
Your registration will not be confirmed until full payment is received.
In case of cancellation before September 10th 2009, 20% of the registration fee will be deducted.
No refunds will be made in case of cancellation after September 10th, 2009. But we will accept a substitute attendee if we receive a written note from the registered attendee stating his or her intention to transfer registration to a named individual. Email register@usidfoundation.org with cancellation or substitution requests.
The registration form should be filled completely with all the mandatory information.
