USID2007 COnfrence is being held at the a world class, state-of-the-art venue . Hyderabad International Convention Center - the first of its kind in South Asia.

HOW TO GET HERE!

The Hyderabad International Convention Centre is only a 30 minute drive from Hyderabad International Airport . The Centre can be accessed by air, road or sea, with railway.

Directions by car

  • Depart from the International Departure Terminal
  • Turn right under the flyover on to Begumpet Road . This road connects into Greenlands Cross, follow Begumpet Road to reach Greenlands Cross Road . (5 minutes)
  • Follow Greenlands Cross Roads until you reach Somajiguda Circle . You will pass ITC Hotels Kakatiya Sheraton and Towers on your left.
  • From Somajiguda Circle turn right and follow the road. This road will lead you to Panjagutta Circle . You will find the shopping mall "Hyderabad Central" on your left. (2-3 minutes)
  • Turn right and up the road to Nagarjuna Circle . Keep driving up the road till you reach KBR Park on your left. (10 minutes)
  • From KBR Park keep drive up and straight, crossing Jubilee Hills Post.
  • -Next landmark is Hitec City Madhapur. Cyber Towers on your left. (10 minutes)
  • Cross "Shilparamam" on your left. A 2 minute drive and turn right from Tanla solutions on your left till you reach Hitex main entrance. Recognisable by a four pillared structure.
  • Drive through the structure enter the Hitex grounds and turn left. Follow the road around the lake to reach HICC
  • Car parking is available around the centre

BY AIR: International Connectivity

  • Six month multiple-entry visas are now issued to most nationals regardless of whether you intend staying that long or re-entering the country. Only six-month tourist visas are extendable. Be careful to check whether your visa is valid from the date of entry or the date of issue. Check with your local Indian embassy before travelling

Flight Information

BY RAIL

There are three major railway stations: Secunderabad, Nampally (Hyderabad), and Kacheguda, which connect the Twin Cities to various parts of India.

BY ROAD

On the crossroads of National highways 7 and 9, Hyderabad is well connected. Buses of the Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation and Private buses operate to all centres in the region. CBS / Imliban is the biggest station run by APSRTC (state-run) situated in Hyderabad and JBS / Jubilee Bus station is in Secunderabad
